  • Global Cities Summit

    Registration is now open for the Global Cities Summit, hosted by the Global City Indicators Facility, to be held Thursday, May 15 to Friday, May 16, 2014 in Toronto, Canada. Register now as space is limited.

    The Global Cities Summit will be an opportunity for cities and their partners to learn, share, and exchange experiences across a wide spectrum of big ideas and innovative solutions for cities under the theme: Getting on Track: Sustainable & Inclusive Prosperity for Cities. Topics for plenary and panel discussions will range across a number of themes including, mobility, prosperity and competitiveness, resilience, smart and sustainable cities, ISO standardization, planning and design, governance and demographic change.

    The Offshore Energy & Storage (OSES) Symposium and Industry Connector Event provides the opportunity and venue for academic and industrial energy generation & storage experts around the world to gather, network, and advance energy generation and energy storage technologies.

    OSES 2014 is associated with the Underwater Compressed Air Energy Storage (UWCAES) Society, which is comprised of academia and industry, and seeks to advance the adoption of underwater compressed air energy storage.
