November 6, 2006 - Techint Goodfellow Technologies signs licensing agreement for new technology with Inventors from the University of Toronto

Techint Goodfellow Technologies Inc. (TGTI) is pleased to announce that it has signed a licensing agreement with Professor Murray J Thomson and Salvador Rego Barcena of the University of Toronto to commercialize a new infrared emission spectroscopy optical sensor for real-time measurement of combustion gases including CO, CO2 and temperature.

In an effort to accelerate the commercialization of Canadian-made environmental technologies, Ottawa-based Precarn Incorporated, the Ontario Centre for Environmental Technology Advancement (OCETA) and the Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) Inc. today announced a partnership to fund the research and development efforts of small- and medium-sized companies in Ontario.

September 27, 2006 - Waterloo Researcher Awarded Ontario Centres of Excellence Fellowship

The Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) Inc. has presented its Martin Walmsley Fellowship for Technological Entrepreneurship to Christian Kaufmann, President of Strike Face Technology of Waterloo. The Fellowship provides up to $100,000 in business development funding, payable over two years.
