Value Added Personnel

Value-Added Personnel (VAP) is a training initiative that helps student researchers develop fundamental business skills to complement their technical expertise. Developed in consultation with industry, VAP consists of a series of short courses designed to prepare students for successful employment. The VAP course program includes modules on Business Development and Entrepreneurship, Strategic and Business Planning, Management and Teamwork, and Networking and Communication.

Eligibility

  • Open to all OCE-funded graduate students.
  • Applicants have the support of their faculty adviser.
