20/20 Armor creates high-end electronic scoring equipment for taekwondo. The company aims to provide the official taekwondo scoring system to the 2020 Olympics and double the number of taekwondo practitioners from 80 million worldwide to over 160 million, making taekwondo a major sporting event in the same vein as MMA, soccer, and basketball by changing the scoring system. With 20/20 Armor's scoring equipment, the general public can understand taekwondo in under three seconds.

The engineers at 2ND LOT are experts at navigating the energy requirements of the Ontario Building Code SB-10 and the Toronto Green Standard. The company uses whole building energy modelling software to predict energy use, develop energy reduction strategies, quantify savings, assess retrofit options, and produce compliance reports. 2ND LOT shortens the distance between project vision and compliance – reducing risk and red tape-- working to avoid the over-sizing of a project’s mechanical infrastructure. It is 2ND LOT’s goal to lower the cost of development and operation for all its clients.

Algocian's first product, Artemis 1, is a video analytics engine that offers reliable people detection for smart home security monitoring. Altus Assessments
Altus Assessments helps academic programs choose holistically higher quality applicants by delivering reliable screening tools for personal/professional characteristics. Their primary product, the CASPer test, was developed at McMaster University and is an online video-based situational judgment test (SJT). The test evaluates candidates for a spectrum of characteristics that apply to a broad variety of academic programs such as health care, law, business, and engineering. In 2015, Altus screened nearly 21,000 applicants to medical and nursing schools in North America.

There are 160 million households globally that have high-speed Internet but cannot stream high-definition video. Aterlo Networks solves this by extending content delivery into the home, using spare off-peak capacity to pre-load content across the last mile. Their product, NightShift, makes it possible for people with limited internet connections to enjoy high-quality streaming video. NightShift runs on commodity home routers and predictively pre-loads streaming content into the home during off-peak hours.
