OUR CULTURE
Members of the OCE team come from all different backgrounds and stages in their career and are united in the common goal of creating prosperity in Ontario through innovation in industry-academia collaboration. Our culture is fast-paced, challenging and rewarding.
Our staff are passionate about the outcomes of their work, the people and organizations we partner with, and the opportunity to play a role in shaping the future. With backgrounds in science and engineering, industry, entrepreneurialism, academia and government, our staff foster relationships and build networks to help innovative ideas move beyond the lab and talented people make a difference in our economy.
Roles and individual performance measurement at OCE are focused around six core competencies: Problem solving; collaboration; accountability; communication & interpersonal skills; technical knowledge; initiative and leadership. Our compensation package is made up of salary and a comprehensive mix of benefits designed to safeguard employees and promote wellbeing.
